Effective October 4, 2026.
Free trials
If you're given a free trial, you don't pay anything during it, so there is nothing to refund.
Your first 30 days
If Timecrumbs isn't working for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason. This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions, including office purchases.
After 30 days
Payments after the first 30 days are not refundable, except where the law requires. You can cancel at any time: your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If we stop offering Timecrumbs
If we ever discontinue Timecrumbs, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and release an update or license key that removes the license checks, so you can keep using the version you have, with all your data. No refund is due beyond the first-30-days refund above.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your name or your firm's name. We approve the refund and our payment provider, which sold you the license, issues it to the way you paid. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank. Our payment provider may also issue refunds under its own terms of sale.
What happens to your data
A refund ends the license. Everything Timecrumbs recorded stays on your computer, and Timecrumbs still opens read-only, so your time entries remain yours to view, export, or keep.
