Billing questions
What counts as a person?
Anyone whose time Timecrumbs records. One license can be moved between that person's computers: remove it from the old PC in Help, License, then enter the key on the new one.
What happens if I stop paying?
Recording continues for seven days, then pauses. Timecrumbs still opens, read-only: you can view, report on, and export everything you recorded, but not add or change entries. Nothing is deleted. Renew, and everything picks up where you left it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Timecrumbs isn't working for you within 30 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. The refund policy has the details.
Who handles the payment?
Card payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card number.
